摘要
本文采用前置因素和后果变量的模式,概括了企业创新网络中组织成员间相互信任的影响因素,并建立了相应的概念模型,为企业创新网络成员间信任的发展提供一些借鉴。
This paper uses cause and effect variables to summarize the influencing factors of mutual trust among members of enterprise innovation network, and establishes the corresponding theoretical model for the development of trust between members of enterprise innovation network to provide some reference.
