资源型企业高管社会资本、资源获取与技术创新 被引量:22

Top Managerial Social Capital,Resource Acquisition and Technological Innovation Performance in Resource-based Enterprises

摘要 本文以资源型企业为研究样本,对高管社会资本、资源获取与技术创新绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,政治性社会资本对信息资源获取与资金资源获取均有显著正向影响,但对知识资源获取的正向影响不显著;商业性社会资本对信息资源获取与知识资源获取均有显著正向影响,但对资金资源获取的正向影响不显著;公共性社会资本对信息资源获取、知识资源获取与资金资源获取均有显著正向影响;信息资源获取、知识资源获取与资金资源获取对技术创新经济绩效和生态绩效均有显著正向影响。 Taking resources-based enterprises as the research sample, this paper explores mutual relationship among top managerial social capital, resource acquisition and technological innovation performance. The results show that political social capital has significant positive affect on resource acquisition of information and capital, but insignificant affect on knowledge resource acquisition. Commercial social capital has significant positive affect on re- source acquisition of information and knowledge, but insignificant affect on capital resource acquisition. Public so- cial capital has significant positive affect on resource acquisition of information, knowledge and capital. Resomce acquisition of information, knowledge and capital has significant positive 'affect on technological innovation economic performanee and ecological performance.
