摘要
精益建设是把制造业的精益生产引入到建设项目中来,旨在消除建设项目过程中浪费和无增值活动,最大化客户的价值。从个体、组织、结构和环境四个维度对国内外有关实施精益建设影响因素的文献进行了系统梳理和评述,指出现有研究所存在不足,提出未来研究方向。
The aim of lean construction is to eliminate waste and non-aaa vatue activities and maximize value for the client in the construction process by adopting lean production principles in the manufactur- ing industries. The paper systematically reviews domestic and foreign literature relating to the factors that restrict the implementation of lean construction from four aspects that are individual factors, organ- izational factors, structure factors and environmental factors, and points out the deficiency of the exist- ing research, and puts forward the directions for future research.
