摘要
通过对工程项目精益建造思想引入,提出精益建造的核心思想应建立在"消除建造中的浪费"、"不断改善工程项目的质量、成本和工期"三大要素上,为重新赋予"质量、成本、工期"三位一体的管理理念由绝对效益背反原理转化为相对、可控的效益协调关系奠定基础。
Through introduction of Lean Construction at first, this paper puts forward the core idea of Lean Productian should establish to eliminate construction waste, to improve the three essential factors： quality, cost and time limit for a project. In makes the new thought about quality, cost and time limit based on Lean Production. The new idea also lays a foundation on the transition from benefit counter- principle absolutely to the relations which means the controllable benefit harmony relatively.
