摘要
精益建设是一种新型的对顾客实现价值最大化、浪费最小化的施工管理模式。本文从五个方面论述了我国建筑业实施精益建设的重要意义,分析了当前在我国实施精益建设存在的障碍,并在此基础上提出了精益建设的推行要点,最后,列举了我国建筑业实施精益建设的部分可行案例。
Lean construction is a new project management model that maximizes the value for the client and minimizes the waste. At first this paper presents the importance of construction industry developing lean construction from five aspects in China. Then it analyzes the obstruction at present in China, and proposes practicable main points of lean construction on the basis of this. Finally, it enumerates some feasible cases of lean construction in Chinese construction industry.
