摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。[方法]将105例随机分为两组,对照组45例口服消心痛、呋塞米、螺内酯、依那普利、倍他乐克片,心衰严重者予以静脉应用硝酸甘油、呋塞米和西地兰。治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上,予经验方口服。经过1个疗程(28d)治疗后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组显效39例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效20例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率84.44%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效肯定,优于单纯西药治疗。
[ Objective]To observe effect of treating chronic congestive heart failure in the integrative medicine. [Method] The 105 cases were randomly divided into two groups, Control group 45 cases with Isosorbide dinitrate, furosemide, spironolactone, enalapril, metoprolol tablets. Severe heart failure to intravenous nitroglycerin, furosemide and cedilanid. Treatment group 60 cases in the control group based on the use experience Fang. After a coures of treatment （28d） to determine the efficacy. [ Results ] The treatment group were markedly 39 cases, effective 17 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency rate for 93.33%. The control group were markedly 20 cases, effective 18 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency rate for 84.44%. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Treating chronic congestive heart failure in the integrative medicine has a good effect, Better than western medicine.
