摘要
本文通过中医学关于心肾功能和病机的有关论述与现代医学关于“心衰”发生发展认识的比较,认为《伤寒论》“心肾相关”理论体现了“心衰”病理,即心肾虚损、水火逆乱是“心衰”的主要病理;并且结合现代病理生理和中药药理的研究成果,阐发了《伤寒论》“心肾相关”理论及在其理论指导下运用的调补心肾方药体现在抗“心衰”临床上,具有“综合治疗”、“多向调节”、“随证治之”等多方面的特点。
This article compared the functions and pathogenesis of heart andkidney in traditional chinese medicine with the occuring and growing of heartfailure in western medicine.It suggested that the theory of “heart associated withkidney” in “on Febrile Diseases” embodied the pathology of heart failure.Inother words,the pathology of heart failurc was weakness of heart and kidneyand disturbance of water and fair.The paper thought that treating heart failurewith formulas in “on Febrile Diseases” which could tonify and balance heartand kidney Possessed many advantages such as “comprehensive treatment”、“many—sided regulation”、“treatment with differentialion of syndromes”.These were explounded based on the research achievements of mordern pathoph-ysiology and traditional chinese materia medica pharmacology.
