摘要
目的观察步长稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏。方法将66例室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组33例。对照组33例予倍他乐克片12.5 mg,口服,2次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用步长稳心颗粒,每次1袋(9 g),3次/d,观察2个月,比较两组的疗效。结果经过疗效观察,治疗组总有效率为84.8%,对照组总有效率为54.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论步长稳心颗粒联合倍他乐克治疗老年室性心律失常临床疗效较满意,不良反应轻微,值得推广应用。
Objective Observe Buchangwenxin Granules on treating ventricular premature beat of the effects. Methods 66 cases with ventricular premature patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group ,and 33 cases for each group. Give Betaloc 12. 5 mg to the control group of 33cases, orally taken 2 times/d. Based on the control group, give the treatment group Buchangwenxin Granules, three times a day, a bag（9 g） each time. Observe 2 months, compared the curative effect of two groups. Results Observe 2 months, compared with two groups of curative effect. The total effective rate was 84. 8% in treatment group and the control group 54. 5 %, statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Buchangwenxin Granules cooper- ate with Betaloc on treat senile arrhythmia clinical curative effect is satisfactory except some with slightly adverse reactions, and is worthy to be popularized.
