摘要
[目的]观察升阳散火汤配合西药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎疗效。[方法]将72例随机分为两组,西药组35例常规西药对症治疗,结合组37例加用中药升阳散火汤。[结果]治疗30d,结合组完全缓解12例,基本缓解16例,有效7例,无效2例;西药组完全缓解10例,基本缓解12例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率结合组94.59%优于西药组77.14%(P<0.05);症状体征改善结合组明显优于西药组(P<0.01);尿红细胞两组治疗前后均明显下降(P<0.01),结合组下降大于与西药组(P<0.01);尿蛋白两组治疗前后均明显下降(P<0.01),两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗HSPN疗效明显,在症状体征、理化检查指标改善、缩短病程、预防复发、减轻肾损害、避免激素副作用等方面均优于单纯西医治疗。
[Objective] Observe the Sun scattered soup with western treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.[Methods]72 cases randomly divided into two groups,Conventional Western medicine group of 35 cases symptomatic treatment,37 cases with use of Chinese medicine Sun casual soup.[Results]Treatment of 30d,With complete remission in 12 cases,Basic relief in 16 cases,Effective in 7 cases,Invalid 2 cases;Western Group,Complete remission in 10 cases,Basic relief in 12 cases,Effective in 5 cases,Invalid 8cases;The total effective combination group（94.59%） than western medicine group（77.14%）（P0.05）;Combination of symptoms and signs improved significantly better than the Western medicine group（P0.01）;Urine red blood cells before and after treatment were significantly decreased（P0.01）,Combination group decreased more than with the western medicine group（P0.01）;Urinary protein before and after treatment were significantly decreased（P0.01）,Two groups of not obvious differences（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Integrative Medicine HSPN efficacy,In symptoms and signs,Physical examination of indicators improved,Shorten the course,Relapse prevention,Reduce kidney damage,Avoid androgenic side effects,such as Western medicine in treatment are better than simple.
