摘要
目的:观察解毒凉血化瘀汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的临床疗效及对凝血功能的影响。方法:将82例HSPN患儿随机分为两组,对照组(41例)采用泼尼松加雷公藤多苷治疗,治疗组(41例)在此基础上加用自拟解毒凉血化瘀汤治疗,比较分析两组的临床疗效、肾功能及凝血功能的变化。结果:观察组的总有效率为90.2%,显著高于对照组73.2%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组尿红细胞、尿蛋白、尿β-MG均明显下降,而观察组下降程度更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的凝血功能指标均有所改善,而观察组APTT、PT、FIB及DD与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟解毒凉血化瘀汤治疗小儿HSPN疗效确切,可调节机体免疫功能,改善肾功能,降低血液高凝状态。
Objective： To explore clinical effect and its influence on coagulation of self-made Jiedu Liangxue Huayu Decoc- tion for Henoch Sehonlen Purpura Nephritis （HSPN） in children. Methods： 82 cases of HSPN children were randomly divided into two groups. Control group （n =41 ） was given hormone and tripterygium glycosides, and observation group （n=41） was given self-made Jiedu Liangxue Huayu Decoction additionally. The clinical effect, renal function and coagulation were observed. Results ： The clinical effect in observation group was 90. 2% , were significantly higher than that in control group 73.2% （P〈0. 05）. The urinary red blood cells, urinary protein and 13-microglobulin in both groups was reduced after treatment, while these indicators in observation group were reduced more remarkably than those in control group （P〈0. 05）. The coagulation in both groups was improved after treatment, while the level of APTT, PT, FIB and DD in observation group were significantly different with those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is effective and safe of self-made Jiedu Liangxue Huayu Decoction in treating HSPN in children, it can contribute to regulate immune function, improve renal function and coagulation function.
