摘要
目的:研究产地加工中硫熏对当归中阿魏酸含量的影响。方法:用HPLC测定当归硫熏前后阿魏酸含量。结果:硫熏后当归中阿魏酸含量均明显下降。结论:硫熏对当归药材质量有影响,出于对人体健康的长远考虑,产地加工应严格控制硫熏。
Objective：To study the effect of sulphur fumigation on the contents of ferulic acid in Angelicae Sinensis Radix. Methods： The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. Results： The contents of ferulic acid decreased obviously after sulphur fumed. Conclusion ：For the people＇s health, sulphur fumigation should be controlled, because it has bad effect to the quality of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
