摘要
目的:研究产地加工中硫熏对当归中阿魏酸含量的影响。方法:用HPLC测定当归硫熏前后阿魏酸含量。结果:硫熏后当归中阿魏酸含量均明显下降。结论:硫熏对当归药材质量有影响,出于对人体健康的长远考虑,产地加工应严格控制硫熏。
Objective:To study the effect of sulphur fumigation on the contents of ferulic acid in Angelicae Sinensis Radix. Methods: The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. Results: The contents of ferulic acid decreased obviously after sulphur fumed. Conclusion :For the people's health, sulphur fumigation should be controlled, because it has bad effect to the quality of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
