摘要
当归是我国传统中药,其质量优劣关系到用药均一性和稳定性。综述当归性状及显微鉴定、理化鉴定、指纹图谱及分子鉴定等方面的研究进展,重点阐明当归中有机酸、挥发油、多糖及农药残留等方面研究现状,认为应深入研究成分分析和指纹图谱,为今后当归的后续研究与应用提供必要的参考。
Angelica sinensis is one of most important traditional Chinese medicine, and its quality is related to the safety in clinic. The present study summarized the morphological identification, microscopic identification, physico- chemical analysis, fingerprint and molecular identification of A. sinensis. , and also focused on the research progress of studies about organic acid, essential oil, polysaccharide and pesticide residue in A. sinensis. The components anal- ysis and fingerprint studies of A. sinensis, were emphasized in this paper, which can provide scientific reference for the further investigation of A. sinensis.
