摘要 目的:建立同时测定小儿至宝丸中可溶性砷、汞含量的方法。方法:采用人工胃液37℃振荡提取-原子荧光光谱测定小儿至宝丸中可溶性砷汞的含量。结果:砷在2~20 ng.mL-1之间,汞在2~10 ng.mL-1之间有良好的线性关系。回归方程为砷:I=38.139 2C-12.192 7,r=0.999 7;汞:I=582.628 6C+22.983 8,r=0.999 6。可溶性砷平均回收率为97.89%,RSD=1.50%;可溶性汞平均回收率为97.07%,RSD=1.59%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,专属性强,可作为小儿至宝丸质量控制的方法。 Objective To establish a method for the content determination of dissolvable arsenic and dissolvable mercury in xiao- erzhibao pills. Methods : Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy. Results : The linear range of As was 2 - 20 ng ·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 999 7 ) , the average recovery was 97. 89% with RSD1.50% ; The linear range of Hg was 2 - 10 ng·mL^-l ( r = 0. 999 6 ) , the average recovery was 97.07% with RSD1.59%. Conclusion: The methods are stable and reliable and can be used in determination of dissolvable arsenic and dissolvable mercury in xiaoerzhibao pills.
