摘要
采用紫外分光光度法和一阶导数分光光度法测定西咪替丁注射液的含量。方法简便、快速、准确、可靠。平均回收率分别为１０１．４％和１００．８％，ＲＳＤ分别为１．１％和１．０％。
UV and first order-derivative spectrophotometry for the determination of cimetidine injection was described. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. The average recoveries are 101.4% with RSD 1.1% for UV spectrophotometry and 100.8% with RSD 1.0% for first order-derivative spectrophotometry.
