摘要
目的通过对北京市大兴区餐饮具集中消毒企业卫生现状调查,为如何加强餐饮具集中消毒企业卫生管理,提高其卫生水平和消毒餐饮具的合格率提供依据。方法对目前北京市大兴区13家餐饮具集中消毒企业进行现状调查。结果大兴区13家餐饮具集中消毒企业的现状调查情况不容乐观。存在诸多卫生安全隐患。结论结合实际采取有效方法并提出建议,对餐具集中消毒企业加强管理,提高餐饮具消毒合格率,切实保障人民群众身体健康。
Objective To investigate hygienic situation of tableware mass disinfection corporations in Daxing district and to provide basis for strengthening sanitary supervision and management to tableware mass disinfection corporations,improving the sanitary level and qualified rate of disinfected tableware.Method Investigation of the hygienic situation of 13 tableware mass disinfection corporations in Daxing district.Results There are many hygienic problems in these tableware mass disinfection corporations.Conclusion Adopt effective methods according to the fact and provide recommendations,intensify health supervision on tableware mass disinfection corporations to improve qualified rate of disinfected tableware and ensure people healthy.
