摘要
高校教师工作量不能仅用课堂教学时间来衡量,而要涉及其全部的工作,要把教学、科研和服务等所有学术活动整合起来,全面评估其职业价值及工作重心。以学科建设为视角,改进高校教师工作量统计制度,要围绕四个方面展开,即强化学科交叉、孕育高水平成果、形成特色研究、服务学科管理。
The whole of a university teacher's workload is made up of three main parts:teaching,researching and servicing,which should all be calculated in evaluating his or her technical value and focus.From the perspective of disciplinary construction,the calculation of teachers' workload should be improved with four related goals in mind:boosting cross-discipline integration,producing high level academic fruit,pioneering unique researches and contributing to disciplinary management.
