摘要 介绍用X射线衍射测定高聚物结晶度的方法.以聚丙烯(PP)样品的测定为例,讨论了分峰法存在的问题及衍射强度的修正.并给出了作者用分峰法测定的聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的结晶度与退火的关系. The paper described the method for determination of crystallinity of polymers by X-ray diffraction. Its an example, polypropylene (PP) was analysed for demenstration, and problems of multipeak resolution method and correction of scattered X-ray intensities were discussed. The results on the relationship between crystallinity and annealing time of polyetheretherketone(PEEK) were also presented.
