摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在卒中单元中的应用效果,为制定有效的卒中单元健康教育程序提供依据。方法将265例脑卒中患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=133)和干预组(n=132),对照组给予常规教育,干预组在此基础上给予健康教育路径模式的动态连续的护理。结果干预组3个月随访率为96.96%,1年随访率为82.71%,均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=20.267,9.546;P〈0.01)。干预组患者知识掌握率为90.91%,患者满意度为94.70%,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=15.481,11.362;P〈0.01)。结论在卒中单元中实行健康教育路径可以提高患者的整体水平和服务满意度,创建优质护理服务,改善医患关系,促进患者的全面康复。
Objective To probe into the effect of health education pathway in stoke unit, and provide evidence for formulating an effective health education programs of stroke unit. Methods A total of 265 stroke patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly. Patients of control group were given conventional health education while those in the intervention group received conventional health education.
