呼吸指数及氧和指数监测在评估儿童肺水肿发生中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 在儿科,肺水肿病因复杂,易误诊为普通肺部感染,而延误抢救时机,甚至部分患儿由早期肺部感染迅速进展为肺水肿,如果能根据客观指标定量判断,及时预测病情,采取有效措施干预,可提高抢救成功率、降低病死率。肺水肿是一种肺血管外液体增多的病理状态。
