摘要
溶致液晶的流变性质与其在工业生产领域的应用密切相关。非离子表面活性剂的性能在许多方面优于离子表面活性剂,例如,毒性和溶血作用小,能与大多数药物配伍等,因而,制药工业中它的应用突出。现结合自身研究工作,系统介绍非离子表面活性剂体系所形成的层状、六角状和立方状3种主要溶致液晶流变性质研究的最新成果。
The rheological properties of lyotropic liquid crystals are closely related to their applications in industrial area. The performance of nonionic surfactants is superior to ionic surfactants in many respects, such as less toxicity and hemolysis, compatible with most drugs, therefore the application of nonionic surfactants in the pharmaceutical industry is more prominent. In this paper, combining with our work, the latest progress in the rheological properties of lyotropic liquid crystals is introduced systematically, including the lamellar, hexagonal and cubic liquid crystals formed in nonionic surfactant systems.
