摘要
目的:观察手术治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对30例髌骨骨折实施切开复位钢丝环扎联合镍钛聚髌器内固定治疗,观察术后并发症的发生率,并对术后疗效进行评定。结果:无感染,血管、神经、肌腱损伤,功能按陆氏分级,优良率93.3%。结论:应用切开复位钢丝环扎联合镍钛聚髌器内固定法治疗髌骨骨折并发症少,优良率较高,临床较为适用。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of patellar comminuted fracture.Methods：30 cases of patellar fractures were treated with open reduction of wire cerclage as well as internal fixation with nickel-titanium patellar concentrator.The incidence of postoperative complications was observed and postoperative efficacy was assessed.Results：No infections and injuries of blood vessels,nerves and tendons were observed and efficacy rate of the function was 93.3% according to Luc Classification.Conclusion：The application of open reduction of wire cerclage as well as internal fixation with nickel-titanium patellar concentrator for the treatment of patellar fractures has fewer complications and higher efficacy rate,which is clinically applicable.
