摘要
目的：探讨镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法：31例髌骨粉碎性骨折采用镍钛聚髌器（NTPC）治疗,结果使用王亦璁膝关节功能评定标准,分为优、良、可、差四级。结果：本组31例均获得随访,时间3-24个月,平均15个月,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间6-11周,平均8周。依王亦璁膝关节功能评定标准,优20例,良8例,可2例,差1例,优良率为90.32%。结论：NTPC能有效对抗髌股关节的张应力、维持膝关节正常的旋转中心范围和股四头肌的力臂,应用于髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效良好。
objective To explore the outcomes of the treatment of severe patellar fractures with Ni-Ti patellar concentrator（NTPC）.Methods Thirty one patients with severe patellar fractures had been treated with Ni-Ti patellar concentrator（NTPC） between Jan 2000 and May 2009.The outcomes were graded into the excellent,the good,the fair and the poor basing on the Wang Yi-cong＇s criteria of the knee function post-operatively.Results A11 the patients had been followed up averag 15 months（ranged from 3 to 24）.The healing time was 6~11 weeks with an average of 8 weeks.Out of the 31 cases,The knee function were excellent in 20 cases,good in 8 cases,fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 cases.The rate of the excellent and the good was 90.32% basing on the Wang Yi-cong＇s criteria of the knee function post-operatively.Conclusion The NTPC can antagonize the tensile stress of patellofemoral joint and sustain the normal extent of center rotation in knee joint and force arm of quadriceps femoris and has good therapeutic effect in treating patellar fracture in severe patellar fractures.
