摘要
以^(14)C 和^(86)Rb 研究了钾对茶树光合产物的运转、分配和累积,及其对不同部位叶片光合作用的影响,探讨了茶树对钾的吸收规律。结果表明:钾肥能促进光合产物向幼嫩的生长器官的运输。春季^(14)CO_2标记14天后,施1倍与4倍钾量的茶树,其新梢中同化产物分别比对照高出15%与18%。从夏季标记的老叶输出的光合产物与运往新梢的光合产物,施钾的均比对照为多。春季光合产物的累积普遍比夏季低。施钾后,春夏季光合产物的累积均减少,即加快了同化物质运转速度,提高了光合产物的利用率。叶片的同化产物有运往生长旺盛部位的规律,施钾后更为显著。施钾茶树的的嫩芽对^(86)Rb 的吸收比对照少,低温能明显降低叶片对^(86)Rb 的吸收。
Using^(14)C-tracer and ^(86)Rb-radiotracer,the influences of potassium on translocation, distribution and accumulation of tea photosynthates,the effects of potassium to the photsynthesis of tea leaves in different position and the uptake of potassium by tea plant were studied.The results of the study indicate that 1)The amounts of photosynthates in tender part of tea bush are in- creased by applying potassium.After 14 days assimilation of ^(14)CO_2(labelled in spring),the assimiates of tea shoots treated with double potassium or 4 times of potassium are 15% and 18% higher than those without potassium,respectively.In summer the labelled tea bushes applied with potassium transport more ^(14)C-assimilates from mature leaves to other parts,especially to new shoots;2)The acumulation of ^(14)C-photosynthates of tea bush in spring is generally less than that of in summer.After potassium treatment,the amounts of accumulation decrease in spring and summer;3)The ^(14)C-photosynthates in tea leaves of different positions seem to be mostly trans- ported to the growing shoots and the application of potassium makes more ^(14)C-photosynthates transport to the growing parts;and 4)After potassium application,the amount of ^(86)Rb uptake by the bud and first leaf decreases,and so do the second and third leaves.Low temperature evident- ly influences ^(86)Rb-uptake by tea leaves.
