重穗型杂种稻光合和光合产物运转特性研究 被引量:64

摘要 利用 14 C-同位素示踪技术 ,研究重穗型杂种稻的光合能力和光合产物运转分配特性。结果表明 ,两优培九、 优 16 2、特优 12 4等新近育成的 3个重穗型杂种稻品种光合能力强且光合功能的高值持续期长 ,具备有超高产的潜力。同时 ,两优培九和 优 16 2有较强的耐光抑制能力 ,特优 12 4有一定的耐低光强的能力。但与对照品种汕优 6 3相比较 ,这三个重穗型杂种稻品种光合产物的运转效率差 ,光合稳定性不强。本文提出了进一步增强现有重穗型杂种稻同化物的运转效率和对外界变化光强的光合适应能力是实现水稻超高产育种的可能的生理途径。 The characteristics of photosynthetic capacity and assimilate′s transportation in heavy ear hybrid rice were studied by using 14 C-isotope tracer technique. The results showed that the three heavy ear hybrid rices, Liangyoupeiju, Eryou162 and Teyou 124 were with high level photosynthetic capacity and long period in maintaining high level photosynthesis. Of the three varieties, Liangyoupeiju and Eryou 162 had an ability of keeping high level photosynthesis under high light intensity and the variety of Teyou 124 was less change of Rubisco activity under low light intensity. Those three varieties showed a totential ability of super high yield. But compared with the variety of shanyou 63, efficiency of assimilate′s transportation and stable ability of photosynthesis in the three varieties were lower than in shanyou 63. It is a possible way of physiological breeding for super high yield to enhance further efficiency of assimilate′s transportation and stable photosynthetic ability to different light intensities in heavy ear hybrid rice.
