摘要 为了解甘蔗不同耐寒亲本杂交组合耐寒差异与遗传特点,选用8个耐寒性不同的甘蔗亲本配制9个杂交组合,用F1代无性系在广西霜冻常发区资源县进行耐寒试验。试验结果表明,甘蔗不同杂交组合耐寒表现存在明显差异,耐寒表现受到母本和父本的共同影响,且母本的作用强于父本。按亲本耐寒性,强×中组合后代耐寒性较好的机率为70%~90%;强×弱组合后代耐寒性较好的机率为60%~70%;中×中或中×弱组合后代耐寒性较好机率的为30%~40%;弱×强或弱×中组合后代耐寒性较好的机率为15%~30%。进一步进行耐寒表现主效因子估计发现,在研究群体中存在主效因子,且估计的结果随组合与性状不同而异。 In order to understand the differences in cold tolerance and genetic characteristics of sugarcane,9 crosses were made from 8 sugarcane parents,and an experiment was conducted using F1 clones at Ziyuan county,where frost often happened in winter of Guangxi province.The result showed that,there were significant differences in cold tolerance among the crosses,and the cold tolerance performance was jointly influenced by female parent and male parent,and female contributed more than male.When parents were grouped high,intermediate and poor cold tolerance,probabilities of cold tolerance of F1 plants with the cross combinations of high × intermediate,high × poor,intermediate × intermediate or intermediate × poor,and poor × high or poor × intermediate were 70 %-90 %,60 %-70 %,30 %-40 % and 15 %-30 %,respectively.Further analysis of major factors for cold tolerant performance indicated that major factors existed in the population tested and the result estimated varied with parental combinations and characteristics.
