摘要
制糖工业榨期的长短取决于总榨蔗量的多少;产糖率的高低取决于甘蔗质量的优劣。通过一系列回归分析,说明甘蔗质量的经济效益比甘蔗数量大。文中举列说明榨蔗量多,不一定产糖量多,也不一定利润多,更重要的是提高甘蔗质量。一句话,最根本的措施就是选育推广适应当地栽培环境条件的高产优质甘蔗良种。
The length of crushing season is decided by the total amount of sugar- cane and the sugar yield rate of cane depending on the quality of cane in sugar industry. It is shown that the economic benefit on the quality of cane is greater than that on the quantity of cane,by means of a series of regression an- alysis.A good example is given to illustrate that more amount of cane is grinded,and more sugar is not yet produced certainly,nor more net profit is gained.The improvement and increment of cane quality are utmost im- portant. In one word,the basic operation is to improve and promote high quality cane varieties widely adapted to local producing condition.
