摘要
通过对几个甘蔗品种自然受冻后的品质变化及茎耐寒性研究表明:甘蔗冻后,品质性状都向变劣的方向发展,随时间推移而加大,且宿根比新植更易变劣。不同的品种、品质性状其变劣的趋势和程度各异。品种间抗冻变劣能力、茎耐寒性差异较大;抗冻变劣能力、茎耐寒性表现较好的品种其冻后的宿根性表现也较好。
This paper reported the results of quality changes
and stalk cold tolerance of several sugarcane varieties after natural frozen injury. Quality of
sugarcane juice deteriorated with the passage of time and the ratnoon deteriorated more than
new plant affer natural frozen injury. The changing tendency and level of deterioration were
different among varieties and characters. There were great diffrence in abiliy of resistance to
deterioration and in stalk cold tolerance among the varieties. The good varieties in ability of
resistance to deterioration and in stalk cold tolerangs have good ratnoon after natural frozen
injury.
