中西医结合治疗Pilon骨折27例

摘要 目的探讨中西医结合治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法通过对27例Pilon骨折患者实施中西医结合治疗,开放骨折急诊清创下行内固定结合外固定架治疗,闭合骨折可在伤后肿胀消退后行切开复位手术,植骨;术后配合中药治疗。结果 27例患者以Helfet评分标准评定,25例效果优良。结论中西医结合治疗Pilon骨折能够有效减轻踝关节僵硬及创伤性关节炎的程度,采取中西医结合的治疗方法,能够取得良好的治疗效果。
