实际加工过程的弧齿锥齿轮实体建模

Spiral bevel gear' sentity modeling based on simulating the actual processing

摘要 在实际加工空间中建立机床与弧齿锥齿轮的几何模型,将刀刃切削面网格化并扩展,将连续的加工过程离散化。应用Matlab软件仿真齿面的加工过程,比较前后两次切削面后由记录的点构成保留面,由最终保留面的点的坐标在UG软件中生成齿面。用相同的方法获得另一齿面后,利用UG的建模功能得到轮齿和齿轮的实体模型。 During the field of the practical machining, establishing geometric models of machine tools and spiral bevel gear, can make cutting edge and cutting angle meshed and even extended, make the continuous process discretized. In use of Matlab to simulate the process of the tooth surface, compared two times ' cutting edge of front and back, retention surface is got from the recorded dots and the dots' coordinates of the final retention can formate tooth surface in UG. Using the same method, can get the other tooth surface and finally get solid model of gear tooth and gear by using UGs' modelling function.
