摘要
通过对空间曲线槽建立数学模型,用拟合法对空间曲线槽进行加工,解析了空间曲线槽加工中的变量设置和变量之间的关系,探索了空间曲线宏程序的编制方法,并对FANUC系统空间曲线槽的数控铣削宏程序做了详细解析。
Absrtact: Based on the establishment of mathematical model for space curves, approximation processing space curved grooves with a fitting. Analyzing the relationship between variable setting and variable of space curve groove processing. Exploring the methods of constructing a macro program of space curve. And analyzing detailedly the numerical control milling macro program of the FANUC system space curve groove.
