摘要
针对齿轮加工的展成法,建立了弧齿锥齿轮轮齿齿面展成坐标系。采用双面刀盘加工大轮齿槽的两个侧面,建立了双面刀盘的数学模型,推导了直线刀刃的切削锥面方程和刀尖圆角方程;采用单面刀盘加工小轮轮齿的两个侧面,建立了单面刀盘的数学模型,推导了直线刀刃的切削锥面方程和刀尖圆角方程。按照从摇台到轮坯的坐标转化顺序,从刀具方程得到了被加工齿轮的工作齿面方程和齿根过渡曲面方程。针对弧齿锥齿轮轮齿齿廓端面特征,给出了精确划分轮齿有限元网格的方法。对某弧齿锥齿轮副,在MATLAB环境下获得了含齿根过渡曲面的精确轮齿有限元模型。为承载接触分析和应力计算奠定基础。
Coordinate systems of spiral bevel gears are built for generating tooth surfaces of spiral bevel gears in gear milling generation.The head cutter with two spread blades is used to generate the concave and convex tooth surfaces of gear slot,and mathematical model of the spread blades is presented to obtain equations of cutting cone surfaces of straight line blade and cutter fillet.The mathematical model of the head cutter with single spread blade is also established which is used to formulate the equations of cutting cone surfaces of straight line blade and cutter fillet in pinion generation.Equations of working tooth surfaces and fillets of generated gears are obtained via a series of coordinate transformations from cradle to blank.In order to demonstrate the characteristics of the tooth transverse shape of spiral bevel gears,a sub-block meshing method is proposed for the precise finite element analysis.For a pair of aviation spiral bevel gears,precise finite element models with fillet are formed in MATLAB environment to lay the foundation for loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) and stress calculation.
