摘要
[目的]研究枇杷叶中熊果酸的提取及纯化方法。[方法]以新鲜采摘的枇杷叶为试材,采用乙醇水溶液对其熊果酸物质进行提取,并采用大孔吸附树脂和乙醇重结晶技术对熊果酸进行纯化。在纯化中,比较X-5树脂与D101大孔吸附树脂处理对熊果酸纯化效果,研究乙醇重结晶技术对熊果酸的纯化效果。[结果]粗提的熊果酸,经过X-5树脂和D101纯化后含量分别提高了28.60%和30.21%,D101树脂的纯化效率优于X-5树脂。在重结晶纯化中,随着重结晶次数的增加,样品中的熊果酸纯度越来越高,在经过5次结晶后,熊果酸的纯度达到了95.30%,比经过D101大孔树脂纯化的样品提高了约2.6倍。[结论]该研究为熊果酸的提取纯化提供了高效绿色的途径。
[Objective] The study aimed to explore the method for the extraction and purification of the ursolic acid from Eribotrya japonica.[Method] With the fresh-picked Eribotrya japonica leaves as the tested materials,their ursolic acid matter was extracted by the ethanol-water solution and the ursolic acid was purified by the macroprous resin combined with the ethanol re-crystallization technique.During the purification,the purification effects on the ursolic acid were compared between the X-5 resin and D101 macroprous resin treatments to study the purification effect on the ursolic acid by the ethanol re-crystallization technique.[Result] After the ursolic acid in the coarse extraction was treated by the X-5 resin and D101 macroprous resin,the ursolic acid content in the purified power were increased by 28.6% and 30.21% resp.and the purification effect by the X-5 resin was better than that by D101 resin.During the re-crystallization purification,the ursolic acid concn.in the sample was increased gradually with the re-crystallization times.Through the crystallization for 5 times,the purity of the ursolic acid could reach 95.03%,being increased by about 2 times of that in the purified sample treated by D101 macroprous resin.[Conclusion] The study provided the effective and green way for the extraction and purification of the ursolic acid.
