摘要
文章分析了网络环境下图书购买价值的各项影响因素;建立了以荐购人素质(决定图书内容价值)、图书外部特征、同类图书流通状况三大要素为基础的高校图书采访模糊综合评判模型;基于Web荐购平台,由专家先行推荐,在此基础上采用定性分析和定量评分相结合的方法进行计算,评价各种图书的购买分值;进而设计和实现图书采访决策支持系统,包括功能和结构设计、采选和决策支持子系统数据库设计、模型库设计等,辅助采访馆员进行分析决策。
The influencing factors of book-purchasing value under network environment are analyzed: A fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of book acquisition in academic libraries is built based on recommenders' level (deciding book-content-value), books exterior characteristics and circulation of the same kind books. Via Web recommendation platform, books are recommended by experts and then their point value will be calculated by some way that qualitative analysis is combined with quantitative assessment. And then, a DSS is designed and realized, including the design of module function and structure, databases, model library, etc. With the system we can get the book-purchasing value and decide whether or not we should buy them.
