摘要
本文从数据库访问的方法、安全机制和采购辅助决策三个方面论述了一种中小企业采购管理信息系统的设计和实现,提出了一个采购决策模型,为采购人员制定采购计划提供了决策支持,提高了工作效率。
In this paper, we present the design and development of a middle and small enterprise purchase management information system. The database accessing method, security mechanism and purchase assistant decision are discussed. A purchase decision model is presented. This system provides decision support for purchase workers, and enhances the working efficiency.
