Expression of ID-1 and its relations with Ki-67 and VEGF in rectal cancer

摘要 目的:探讨ID-1在直肠癌组织中的表达及其与Ki-67和VEGF的关系和临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测62例直肠癌组织中ID-1,Ki-67,VEGF的表达,分析三者的相互关系。结果:ID-1与Ki-67蛋白表达,ID-1与VEGF蛋白表达以及Ki-67与VEGF蛋白表达,两两之间均呈正相关关系(r=0.89,0.78,0.92,均P<0.05);三者的高表达与肿瘤细胞的浸润程度有关。结论:ID-1,Ki-67和VEGF蛋白的高表达可能与直肠癌产生侵袭转移有关,其检测对临床治疗和预后判断可能有一定的应用价值。 Objective: To investigate the expression of the inhibitor of differentiation/DNA binding-1 (ID-1) and its relations with Ki-67 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rectal cancer tissues as well as their clinical significance. Methods: The expressions oflD-1, Ki-67 and VEGF in rectal cancer tissues from 62 patients were detected by immunohistochemical staining and the relations among them were analyzed. Results: q-here were positive correlations between the expressions of ID-1 and Ki-67, ID-I and VEGF, and Ki-67 and VEGF (r=0.89, 0.78, 0.92, all P〈0.05), and the high expressions of these three proteins were associated with the degree of infiltration of the rectal cancer ceils. Conclusion: The high expressions of ID-1, Ki67 and VEGF in rectal cancer tissues are possibly related to the invasion and metastasis of rectal cancer, and the detection of them may have certain significance in treatment and estimation of prognosis of rectal cancer.
