摘要
介绍了人工手动组芯胎具和下芯夹具的工作流程。叙述了人工下芯夹具的设计要点,包括:通过起吊结构的设计、配重块的使用、简易调压阀的使用,以及定位销(定向销)的设计来确保下芯平稳;通过砂芯的定位方法、配合间隙的选择、易磨损部件的处理来提高下芯夹具的下芯精度。组芯胎具的设计要点为:为减少组芯胎具的清理频次,在组芯胎具4个角落安装上弹簧,通过调整弹簧回弹力,解决下芯夹具销子卡住的问题。通过以上设计方案的优化,有效地提高了下芯精度,减少了由于下芯问题导致的砂芯擦砂、挤砂、偏芯、断芯等铸造缺陷。
The working flow of the manual cores assembling seat and core setting clamp was introduced. The key points to design the core-setting clamp were described as follows:to ensure the core-setting smooth by designing the lifting construction,using counterweight,using simple pressure-adjusting valve,as well as by designing location(guiding)pins;to increase the core-setting precision by choosing core location method,choosing matching gap,and by treating the easy-wear off parts. The key points to design the cores assembling seat were as follows:in order to reduce cleaning frequency of the cores assembling seat,setting springs in 4 corners of the cores assembling seat and by adjusting the back elasticity force to avoid the pins of the core setting clamp to be caught. The optimization of above mentioned design schemes effectively enhance core-setting precision,reduced defects such as faulty core setting-caused cores to be scraped,to be squeezed,excursed and to be broken,etc.
