摘要
成人教育教师专业化不但有助于从根本上提升成人教育教师的素质和成人教育的教学质量,而且也是实现成人教育专业化必不可少的一部分。发达国家十分重视成人教育教师专业化,并且形成了一定的特色。借鉴发达国家的经验,我国应通过立法保障、重视专业理论研究、开展专业训练、发挥专业组织作用和注重教师资格证书等措施,加速成人教育教师专业化的步伐。
The professionalization of adult education teachers not only helps to promote adult education teachers＇ diathesis and the quality of the adult education, hut also is the necessary part to achieve the professionalization of adult education. Developed countries attach importance to it very much and have formed their feature. Referring to their experience, we should speed up our The professionalization of adult education teachers hy legislating to ensure it, emphasizing professional theoretical research, developing professional training, giving full scope to the professional organization and paying at- tention to the teaching licenses and so on.
