摘要
目的:分析观察补阳还五汤治疗脑血栓的临床疗效。方法:采用随机法将108例脑血栓患者分成两组。治疗组54例在西医常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤随证加减治疗。对照组54例应用低分子右旋糖酐和胞磷胆碱钠等西医治疗。结果:两组同时治疗一个月之后进行神经功能缺损评分的比较,两组的差异有极显著的统计学意义(P﹤0.01),治疗组的日常生活能力优于对照组,也有极显著的统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤临证加减能明显提高脑血栓患者的治愈率并减少了后遗症和明显的改善了日常生活能力,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective： To analyze the observed Buyang Huanwu the clinical efficacy of the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods： 108 cases will be randomly divided into two groups of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Treatment group of 54 patients in the conventional Western treatment based on the use Buyang Huanwu Treating with the card. Control group of 54 patients and low molecular weight dextran sodium citicoline western medicine. Results： There were also one month after the treatment of neurological deficit score for the comparison, the two groups was significant difference statistically significant （P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group of daily living, but also there was a significant statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Clinical Buyang Huanwu addition and subtraction can significantly improve the cure rate of patients with cerebral thrombosis and reduce the complications and significantly improved the ability of daily life, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
