摘要
对25例健康人和23例急性缺血性脑梗塞患者检测了全血自由基浓度、血清过氧化脂质和维生素E浓度。结果表明,急性缺血性脑梗塞患者全血自由基和血清过氧化脂质水平明显高于正常对照组,血清维生素E水平则显著低于对照组;血清过氧化脂质水平与全血自由基浓度呈正相关、与血清维生素E水平呈负相关。提示急性缺血性脑梗塞病人体内存在自由基代谢紊乱。
We determined concentration of blood free radicals, serium lipid peroxide (LPO)and Vitamine E on the 23 patients with acute cerebral ischemic infarctico.
