摘要
选取健康长白二元杂交断奶仔猪18只,随机分为3组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组。试验Ⅰ组注射猪繁殖障碍与呼吸道综合征疫苗,试验Ⅱ组注射猪繁殖障碍与呼吸道综合征疫苗之外,再注射板兰根多糖。再对试验猪进行猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒接种2.0mL/头。结果表明板蓝根多糖和猪繁殖障碍与呼吸道综合征疫苗联合使用,能提高PRRSV保护水平,两者联合应用,明显降低猪繁殖障碍与呼吸道综合征的发病率和死亡率。
18 healthy Landrace crossbred piglets were selected, and randomly divided into 3 groups namely,the control, group Ⅰ, and group Ⅱ. Pigs in Group Ⅰ were injected of PRRS vaccine, those of group Ⅱ were injected IPRS besides PRRS vaccine. Then each pig was inoculated with 2.0 mL PRRS virus. The results indicate associating PRRS vaccine with IRPS could increase protective level against PRRSV and sig- nificantly reduce PRRS morbidity and mortality.
