板蓝根多糖的提取工艺及其清除自由基作用的初步研究 被引量:25

THE SEPARATION OF POLYSACCHARIDES FROM INDIGOWOAD ROOT AND ITS FREE RADICAL QUENCHING CAPABILITY

摘要 研究了水煮醇沉法从板蓝根中提取多糖的工艺条件,板蓝根多糖的最佳提取条件为:水煮温度100℃、水煮时间7 h、醇沉时间24 h.在此条件下板蓝根粗多糖提取率达到27.5%.通过自由基清除试验,对板蓝根多糖的活性进行了鉴定,结果显示其具有较强的自由基清除能力. The indigowoad root polysaccharides were obtained through first cooking the defatted indigowoad root powder in boiling water, then centrifuging the mixture, keeping the supernatants which were then mixed with ethanol to obtain the polysaccharides in the precipitates by filtration. The optimum conditions for the separation of polysaccharides from indigowoad root were determined by orthogonal experiments, which were: the cooking temperature 100℃, the cooking time 7 hours, the ethanol precipitation time 24 hours, the ratio of ethanol to water extract 1:4. Under these conditions the unrefined separation rate of indigowoad root polysaccharides was up to 27.50 %. The content of polysaccharides in the unrefined extracts was 22.60%. The free radical quenching capability of indigowoad root polysaccharides was also tested, which was shown as significant in the test results.
