摘要
潮流转移效果常被用于电力系统稳态安全评估.常见方法着重分析线路载荷或输电裕度等参数水平,对线路拓扑位置的影响关注不足.分析输电线路两端节点功率联通强度的熵权度数,将潮流转移结构分布特征融入到衡量输电水平的度量中,构建潮流改变后的输电线路脆弱度评估模型,通过少量计算或测量数据,得到线路脆弱性指标,为调度或运行人员提供更多的在线辅助决策信息.新英格兰系统算例验证了所提模型的有效性与实用性.
The results of power flow transfer are usually used to assess steady securtty ot power systems. Conventional methods mainly include load level and margin analysis, whereas, the im- portance of transmission lines' location is generally ignored. Based on the entropy weight, structure characteristics of power flow transfer are proposed to quantify the transmission capability, and the vulnerability assessment algorithm of transmission line is established after power flow changed. Only smaller computational complexity,is required in this model, which can provide more useful operation data for dispatchers. New England test results show that the proposed algorithm has high effectivity and practicability.
