摘要
确定电力系统中的关键输电线路能有效提高系统稳定性,为此提出线路综合重要度指标。该方法仅利用系统基本参数,克服以往介数指标的计算需要系统当前运行方式和潮流分布的弊端。该指标从系统结构和概率两方面辨识系统的关键线路。根据功率分布理论提出输电线路功率分布介数,作为系统结构重要度指标,其考虑了与发电机和负荷直连节点的线路权重,能反映输电线路在各个发电-负荷对间功率传输中被利用程度。结合线路故障率风险指标提出支路综合重要度指标。根据IEEE 39节点标准算例进行仿真分析,利用得出的数据和用其他判据得出的数据进行比较,验证所提方法的有效性。
The determination of key transmission line in pow er system can effectively improve the stability of the system. Therefore,this paper proposes the integrated importance indicators of lines. This method only uses the basic parameters of the system,and can overcome the disadvantage that the calculation of betw eeness indicator needs the current operating mode of the system and the distribution of the pow er flow. The indicators can identify the key lines of the system from tw o aspects of the system structure and probability. According to pow er distribution theory,the pow er distribution betw eeness of transmission lines w as proposed as the structure importance index of the system,w hich took into account the line w eight of directly connection node betw een generator and load,and could reflect the utilization degree of transmission lines in each generation and load of pow er transmission. And then combining w ith the risk index of line failure rate,the integrated importance index of the branch w as put forw ard. The simulation analysis w as carried out according to the standard examples of IEEE 39-bus,and the data obtained by the method w ere compared w ith those obtained by other criteria to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
