摘要
高校廉洁文化是高校校园文化的重要组成部分,而廉洁文化的生成需要一定的基础和条件,一般应具备以下基本要素:党和国家正确的廉政建设大政方针;清正廉洁的社会文化氛围;以身作则的学校领导者;健全的校内反腐防腐体系;良好的学校软环境等。高校廉洁文化的形成能不断挤压腐败文化的生存空间,有力推动高等教育事业持续健康发展。
The incorruptible culture of colleges is an important part of the campus culture.And the generation of the incorruptible culture needs a certain basis and conditions with the four basic factors as follows,the right guidelines and policies of our Party and country;the honest and upright culture atmosphere of society;the good example set by the college leaders;a sound system of internal anti-corrosion;the good soft environment of the school and etc.The generation of the incorruptible culture of colleges can continuously occupy the survival of the corruption and push forward the sustained and sound development of higher education.
