摘要
高职院校学习型党组织必须加强制度建设,这是由学习型党组织自身的要求以及新时期高职院校党组织建设的需要决定的。为此,高职院校需要不断完善学习型党组织的制度建设,重塑高职院校精神,建立共同愿景;紧密结合专业特色,健全学习内容机制;搭建公开信息平台,形成知识共享机制;创建全面评价方式,完善评价激励机制;契合社会实践活动,推动知识创新机制。
The learning-oriented Party organization in higher vocational colleges must strengthen the system construction,which is determined by the organization’s own requirements,as well as the needs of the Party organization construction in new era of higher vocational colleges.Thus,the higher vocational colleges should constantly improve the system construction of learning-oriented Party organization,remodel the spirit of the higher vocational colleges,establish a common vision,integrate the professional features,enhance the learning content mechanism;set up a public information platform and form the knowledge-sharing mechanisms;create a comprehensive evaluation methods,and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism;conjunct the social practice and promote knowledge innovation mechanism.
