摘要
临终关怀可提高临终病人尚存生命的质量,维护其生命尊严,让患者在生命最后时刻坦然面对死亡,心理满足,平静地度过最后的旅程。心理护理在临终关怀过程中占至关重要作用,医方通过各种方式和途径,积极地影响病人的心理,帮助其获得最适宜的身心状态。但临终心理护理过程中有很多理念需要重申,许多矛盾、冲突需要化解,存在的很多问题需要注意和解决。
Hospice care can improve the quality of life of terminal patients surviving,maintaining the dignity of their lives,so that terminal patients with psychological satisfaction in quietly spend their last journey.Psychological care is essential in the hospice process,medical side through various ways and means to positively influence the patient＇ s psychological,to help them get the most appropriate physical and mental state.However, Hospice care have many ideas need to reiterate;Many contradictions and conflicts need to been resolved;Many problems need to pay attention to and solve.
