摘要
目的:了解本科护生正性和负性死亡态度现状,探究其影响因素。方法:整群抽样某医学院校护理本科生766人,采用中文版死亡态度描绘量表和一般情况问卷进行调查。结果:正性死亡态度均分为(3.09±0.56)分,负性死亡态度均分为(2.80±0.78)分;多元线性回归分析显示,正性死亡态度受年级变化影响(B=0.078,P=0.048);负性死亡态度与对死亡教育的了解程度有关(B=-0.146,P=0.002)。结论:护生的死亡态度较健康,随年级递增正性死亡态度呈积极走向,死亡教育认知程度提升有望改善负性死亡态度。
Objective:To know about the state of both positive and negative death attitude for undergraduate nursing students,and to explore the influencing factors.Methods:766 undergraduate nursing students were adopted in cluster sampling in some medical college.The investigation was conducted by using the scale of Death Attitude Profle-revised in Chinese version and the self-design general information questionnaire.Results:The average scores of positive death attitude and negative death attitude were(3.09±0.56)and(2.80±0.78)respectively.Multiple liner regression analysis found that years of study in nursing school was the influencing factor of positive death attitude(B=0.078,P=0.048),and the self-assessment knowledge for death education influenced the negative death attitude(B=-0.146,P=0.002).Conclusions:The death attitude of undergraduate nursing students is comparatively positive.With the increase of grade,nursing students’positive attitude for death demonstrates positive trend.The increased knowledge of death education might improve the death attitude.
