中国石油天然气管道科学研究院立足实际、积极探索,建立和完善了科研立项、科研生产、技术推广3个环节的整体设计、有效衔接和一体化科技创新组织体系,形成了一套完整规范高效的管理制度,借助科技创新平台和高端人才优势,取得了一系列有助于提高工程建设质量和效率的科研成果,形成了独特的创新科研文化,铸就了管道科技领域核心竞争力。
Based on the reality,China Petroleum Pipeline Scientific Research Institute has actively explored ideas,built and improved total design,effective link,and integrated technology innovation system for scientific research project selection,scientific research and production,and project promotion,also developed a set of efficient management control system.Benefiting from technology innovation platform and talented personnel,the Institute has achieved a series of R&D results which help to improve quality and efficiency in engineering construction,also formed its unique creative science and technology culture,which creates core competitiveness in pipeline technology area.
