摘要
本文运用粗糙集理论 ,对科研立项评审的结果进行分析、总结 ,从中找出规律。试图为科研基金管理单位建立更合理的评审体系提供理论指导 ,为项目申请单位及个人指出申请基金的注意事项。与一般方法相比 ,本总结方法所获得的结果直接来源于评审数据 。
In this paper, for the purpose of founding the disciplinarian of applying the science research project, rough sets is used in the analysis and summing-up proceeding for the evaluation result of research project supported by science foundation. By using this method, science foundation can get more theoretical guidance in building more logical evaluation systems and collectivity or individual applicants can get more attentive items. Compared with general methods, the result attained by this method rooted in evaluation data directly, so it has more reliability and strongly persuasion.
