摘要
以甲醇-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,使用Hypersil ODS不锈钢柱,在238 nm条件下使用紫外检测器,对42%吡嘧.杀草丹可湿性粉剂进行高效液相色谱分离和测定,外标法定量。各有效成分回收率:吡嘧磺隆为97.0%~102.0%,杀草丹为99.0%~100.0%。标准偏差:吡嘧磺隆为0.015,杀草丹为0.059。变异系数:吡嘧磺隆为1.04%,杀草丹为0.11%。线性相关系数:吡嘧磺隆为0.999 5,杀草丹为0.999 6。说明所建立的方法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于产品质量的控制与分析。
Pyrazosulfuron·benthiocarb 42% WP component is determined and analyzed by HPLC.The HPLC experiment is carried out using Hypersil ODS stainless steel pillar,external standard quantitation method,V(methanol) ∶ V(water) = 80 ∶ 20 as mobile phase and UV detector under the condition of wavelength 238 nm.Effective recovery rate of pyrazosulfuron and benthiocarb are 97.0%~102.0% and 99.0%~100.0% respectively;Stand deviation of pyrazosulfuron and benthiocarb are 0.015 and 0.059 respectively;CV of pyrazosulfuron and benthiocarb are 1.04% and 0.11% respectively;Linear correlation of pyrazosulfuron and benthiocarb are 0.999 5 and 0.999 6 respectively.The results indicate that this analysis method should be great advantage to fast,highly sensitive are well reproducible,which can be used for the products components determination and quality control.
